Founded in June, 2019. By November, 2020 they had raised a $125m Series B. A few months later, they made a $250m acquisition of StreamYard, insane for a Series B startup. By August of 2021, they had raised another $800m+ and reached a valuation of $7.75B.
Fast forward to August 2023, Hopin was acquired by RingCentral for a mere $15m.
